Modern Pilates + Versaclimbing = S2 Magic.

S2 offers the most effective workout methods that combine strength with cardio to maximize results. Both methods are low-impact (to keep you safe) and high intensity (to keep you burning).

Our Classes

  • SWEAT

    Our SWEAT class is a 30 minute rhythm-based versaclimber class designed to push your limits, burn calories, and strengthen your entire body.

  • SCULPT

    SCULPT is a transformative 45 minute Xformer Modern Pilates class where we combine the principles of pilates, strength training, and cardio to sculpt and tone your body.

For all first-timers we require you to show up 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Please know if you are unable to make it 5 minutes before your class begins your entry will not be permitted. 

For our SCULPT classes we require grip socks. Grip socks will be available to purchase at the studio. For our SWEAT class we recommend you wear athletic shoes. 

We recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes, grab your water bottle, and don’t forget to hydrate before class. We also have water available to purchase at our studio.

  • I cannot describe in words how much I love this place! I had been doing Barre classes for years, but the Sweat/Sculpt combo has changed everything. The differences I have both felt and seen are amazing & keep me motivated to keep going. Every instructor has been great and bring something different to keep things fresh and new.   • Absolutely amazing studio. As a guy that is used to going to a gym and purely lifting weights, it’s a breath of fresh air having group classes that leave me feeling 100x better then the weight lifting days. Sweat classes push you to your limit cardiovascularly and the sculpt classes make you shake and feel muscles you didn’t know you had. Huge shout out to my three favorite instructors: Victoria, Pia, and Trevor! This studio is a must try for all!

  • I started doing Pilates over a decade ago and really loved it. I stopped doing Pilates around 2007. I found S2 Fitness Studio around the corner from my house in December. I inquired and took about three weeks of classes so far. I love how encouraging and motivated all the instructors are, I feel seen in what I can do and what adjustments I can make in the class for my overweight body. They have helped me find my core connection again, where I lift properly when going up and down my stairs. I have noticed a change when walking my dog, where my knees are relaxed, and my posture is better. These instructors are not judgmental and offer positive reinforcement. The atmosphere is so supportive and loving.
