  • Come in with an open mind and get ready to have some fun with our S2 community! We require all first timers to arrive at least 10 minutes before class so we can show you the ropes. If you're not here at least 5 minutes before class starts, we won’t be able to let you join—studio policy!

    For SCULPT and COMBO classes, grip socks are required. For SWEAT classes, we recommend wearing athletic tennis shoes.

  • Yes—for all SCULPT and COMBO classes, grip socks are required to keep you safe and stable on the machine. Forgot yours? No worries—we’ve got grip socks available for purchase at the studio!

  • Yes! We have two showers available for use, complete with fresh towels, Ouai products, and face wash to help you reset and refresh post-class.

  • Please arrive on time! If you’re running late, keep in mind that after 5 minutes, we reserve the right to give your spot to someone on the waitlist. This helps us keep classes running smoothly and ensures everyone gets the best experience.

    Noon Class Reminder: For all 12:00 PM classes, the front door is locked right at 12:00 PM since we don’t have an Experience Manager on duty. Please plan ahead—we won’t be able to let you in once the door is locked!

  • We get it—life happens! If you can’t make it to class, please cancel at least 2 hours before the start time to avoid a fee.

    • Late cancels (less than 2 hours before class) will result in a $15 fee for unlimited members or a loss of class credit for non-unlimited members.

    • No-shows will be charged a $25 fee, regardless of membership type.

    Please note: All cancellations must be made by the client through the app or website—we’re unable to remove you from classes on our end.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist—think of it as reserving your spot! If someone cancels, the system will automatically add you into class up to 2 hours before the start time.

    After the 2-hour mark, the waitlist closes and you won’t be added automatically, even if someone late cancels. If a spot opens after that, you’re welcome to check back and book manually if it becomes available!

  • Yes—S2 classes can be pregnancy-safe, but we always recommend checking with your doctor first. Our SCULPT method is low-impact and can be modified for pregnancy with the help of our instructors.

    For safety reasons, we recommend that pregnant clients already have experience with our methods before continuing during pregnancy. If you're brand new to S2 and expecting, we suggest waiting until postpartum to get started.

  • Yes—we do, and we love them! Whether you’re new to S2, returning from an injury, or just want a little one-on-one time, private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice.

  • All memberships include one 14-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Need more time off? No problem—additional freezes are also 14 days long and come with a $25 fee per freeze. Just give us at least 14 days' notice so we can process your request in time!

    Thinking of canceling? We’re sad to see you go! Please provide a 30-day written notice for membership terminations. Just a heads up—all membership and class package sales are final.
